Who we are
Zhejiang Pilot Free Trade Zone Youyuechuang Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Youyuechuang Energy") was established in 2021 and is headquartered in the Zhejiang Pilot Free Trade Zone, China. The company specializes in the import and export trade of petroleum products and crude oil.
Leveraging the policy advantages and strategic location of the Free Trade Zone, the company is committed to providing efficient, stable, and compliant energy supply chain services to domestic and international clients.
Youyuechuang Energy is a long-term supplier to several large refineries in Shandong Province, such as Shandong Tianhong Chemical Co., Ltd., Dongying Yatong Petrochemical Co., Ltd., and Shandong Shenchi Chemical Group Co., Ltd., etc. It also provides crude oil supply services to a number of refineries in Hebei, Liaoning, Jiangsu and other provinces.

Since its establishment, Youyuechuang Energy has built long-term and stable strategic partnerships with state-owned energy companies including CNPC, Sinopec, Shandong North Shengtong, Hunan Yueyang Guansheng, and Jinan Zongbao. Through this collaboration, the company has accumulated practical experience in resource acquisition, logistics coordination, quality control, and risk management.

The company has completed crude oil import transactions covering major producing regions including the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia. For both conventional grades and specific-quality crude oils, Youyuechuang Energy carries out compliant operations and deliveries through its team and established channels.

The team has years of experience in international energy trading, covering Incoterms, letter of credit operations, vessel chartering and booking, customs declaration and inspection, and insurance. A risk-control process is used so that each transaction can be traced and kept within applicable requirements.

Registered in the Zhejiang Pilot Free Trade Zone, the company operates with local support for trade facilitation, foreign-exchange settlement, and tax treatment available in the zone. It also uses the logistics networks of Qingdao Port, Dongying Port, Rizhao Port, and Zhoushan Port to connect international shipping routes with domestic distribution.
